After almost 20 years of service, Boogert BV fully overhauled this WPSO 504 vacuum pump. Assembling this type of vacuum pumps requires much experience. The accurate adjustment of both the axial and radial clearance of the rotor is of great importance for an effective and efficient functioning.

The accompanying Flender reduction box was also fully overhauled. All parts were placed, alligned and put into operation by Boogert BV.

These types of pumps are widely used in glass factories for vacuuming and maintaining the vacuum of the net.
